The essential pots and pans, dishes and plates, cutlery and glassware are available. On request, the landlady will also provide you with an electric kettle or coffee-maker.
Good breakfast is available at the "Vista" pool bar by the path to the beach.

Along the main road of Adelianos Campos, numerous restaurants to any taste and budget string together.
Very popular are the restaurants  Remember just round the corner and Levantes in the eastern half of the village (1,000 meters), and so is the taverna Kellari in the neighbouring village of Platanias (600 meters).
The nearest LIDL market with a rich choice of budget imported foodstuffs is located in the neighbouring village of Tsesmes (1 km).
